Vodafone has launched a new Carers Policy for employees. It’s a market leading policy, offering 10 days additional paid leave and flexible working options. It’s not limited to caring for family members, and was underpinned by research from Family Carers Ireland which found that over half of carers have had to leave their job because of caring responsibilities.
