Tralee Polish-style bakery and café, Rustic Boowa, started during Covid with home baking being sold from a table and gazebo, moving to a food truck, and now a bricks and mortar bakery and café.

Rustic Boowa recently won Best Pitch out of 17 early-stage business exhibitors in the MTU Enterprise Showcase and Kerry Start-Up Challenge.
