The county final of the Student Enterprise Awards, run by Kerry Local Enterprise Office, took place at Munster Technological University on Tuesday. There were many award winners, but five will go through to the national finals in Croke Park on May 5th.
We hear from some of the winners:
· Senior category winners: David Peskett and Shauna O’Keeffe of Castleisland Community College with their project, Bright Minds.
· Intermediate category winners: Niamh O’Donnell, Aoibhinn Walsh, Aisha Pabon, and Grace McGovern of Presentation Castleisland, with their project, Modern Posture.
Junior category winners: Emma Horgan, Laoise McSweeney, Bláithín Rahilly, and Ellie Horgan of Castleisland Community College, with their project, Clochaí Ceanasta.
