Geraldine Topham from Kenmare explains to Deirdre how the team at the Palliative Care Unit at UHK were able to make her daughter Rachel’s wishes come true, just before she died. Rachel was just 23 and wanted to marry her partner Rhona at home in Kenmare before she passed away.
