Cllr Niall Botty O’Callaghan believes that Fitzgerald Stadium in Killarney should be fully upgraded in case the venue might be needed for the Euro ’28 finals which will be hosted in the UK and Ireland. Cllr O’Callaghan argues that one of the venues selected, Casement Park in Belfast, may not be in a position to host the competition.
