A woman's been taken to hospital following two crashes in North Kerry where the driver of one car fled the scene.
The collision happened at around 4.20 this afternoon.
A small black car travelling from Ferry Bridge ** to Ballyduff crashed into a car travelling in the same direction. The driver of the second car - a woman - had to be brought to UHK.
It's understood her injuries are not life-threatening.
The black car then crossed the road and collided with a van. The occupants of the van were not injured.
The driver of the small black car failed to stop; the vehicle headed off in the direction of Ballyduff.
Gardaí believe the car went either on the North Coast road or the Leigh road.
They are looking for this car and its driver.
While they have no details of the car's make, they say the small black vehicle would have sustained considerable damage.
Sergeant Fidelma O'Leary says if you have any information or dash cam footage, you're asked to contact Listowel Garda Station at 068 50820 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
