The union representing workers at the BorgWarner car parts plant in Tralee says the redundancy terms on offer aren't enough.

210 workers are losing their jobs after it lost a contract to make heaters for Tesla.

SIPTU says there's been no consultation on the terms of the layoff and the offer's too low.

Organiser Joe Kelly says the matter's now being brought to the Workplace Relations Commission.
