A Tralee restaurateur says he won’t reopen for indoor dining until all his staff are vaccinated.

Noel Keane of the Croí restaurant says the rules on indoor dining are baffling and will divide society and restaurants.

Mr Keane says restaurant staff have been put in an awful position as they’ll have to police the new rules and check people’s vaccination status.

He says a number of other restaurants in Tralee have also decided not to reopen next Monday, due to these rules.
