Tralee councillor says second public toilet needed in town centre

A second public toilet is needed in Tralee town centre.

That’s according to Mayor of Tralee, Labour councillor Terry O’Brien.

At the recent Tralee Municipal District meeting, he called on the council to look at the possibility of providing a second public toilet for the town.

Kerry County Council says funding under the Urban Regeneration Development Fund (URDF) will enable the development of a community facility at the Island of Geese site.

The council says it will explore the potential of incorporating public toilets in this development.
