Temporary boil water notice for Portmagee and Valentia Island

A temporary boil water notice has been put in place for people in Portmagee and Valentia Island.

Irish Water and Kerry County Council say it's due to a treatment issue at the Portmagee treatment plant, and the HSE has been consulted.

The notice will affect 780 people supplied by the Portmagee Public Water Supply.
