Research has found that more Irish people have been to Spain than to Kerry.
The survey by Airbnb, also found a quarter of holiday seekers have visited Asia, while only 18% of respondents have been to the Kingdom.
It also found three quarters holiday abroad each year, while under half (48%) want to travel more domestically.
The poll, by the short-term lettings platform, says more than 1 in 10 would like to visit Kerry for the first time.
It comes as Airbnb has launched it's new Rural Tourism Fund; the company are urging local tourism projects in the county to apply for the €10,000 grant.
