STEM South West recently held a summit in Killarney to support STEM growth and education.
Meeting with local representatives, the organisations aim to bring counties together to foster regional STEM talent.
Speaking at the event, Minister Michael Healy-Rae said educating young people on their opportunities is key to developing STEM in the region.

STEM South West encourages schools in Kerry and Cork to take part in these efforts through their Adopt a School initiative, which supports student’s interest in STEM early in their education.
Schools across the South West are also invited to attend an annual Career Expo on the 20th of November in Cork City Hall.
