A Status Orange thunderstorm warning has been extended in Kerry until later tonight.
The warning, which was due to be lifted at 4pm, will now remain in effect until 10pm.
Met Éireann is warning that counties in Munster could experience spot flooding with heavy rainfall expected later on.
