Shannon Airport has recorded it’s highest passenger numbers in 16 years.
The airport welcomed over 2.3 million passengers through its gates last year.
That’s a 9 percent increase from figures in 2024.

Shannon Airport will operate 40 routes this year, including five new routes in the summer schedule.
Interim CEO of The Shannon Airport Group, Ray O’Driscoll said they are excited for what’s ahead in 2026.
