Review into new mother's death at UHK continues

A review into the death of a new mother at University Hospital Kerry is ongoing.

Tatenda Mukwata died at UHK on April 21st last year while giving birth to a healthy baby girl.

The South/South West Hospital Group then ordered an external expert review into Ms Mukwata’s death.

The hospital group says the review process is ongoing.
