A rainfall warning issued for Kerry for tomorrow has been upgraded to status orange.
Very difficult travelling conditions and flooding can be expected in Kerry as Storm Amy makes its way towards Ireland.
The rain warning comes into effect from 6am and is valid until 8 o clock tomorrow evening.
It comes alongside a status yellow warning for rainfall for 13 other counties, beginning early on Thursday.
A separate warning's been issued for strong winds on Friday, that impacts the entire country.
Met Éireann are expecting difficult traveling conditions and fallen trees are also possible as a result.
