The R117 rescue helicopter is transporting a woman to UHK after she sustained injuries near Castletownbere.
The lady, who is in her 60's, injured her leg near the Sugarloaf Mountain.
The R117 rescue helicopter is currently transporting her to University Hospital Kerry for treatment to her injuries; the incident is being coordinated by Valentia Coast Guard.
