Planning permission has been granted for eight houses in Portmagee.
Pat Keating had sought permission to build the homes in Doory, Portmagee.
He proposed to demolish an existing dwelling and construct eight 3-bedroom homes, along with associated site works.

The application, which was granted by Kerry County Council, supersedes a previous application for six homes.
