A decision to grant permission for a housing development in Killarney has been appealed.

Flesk Grove Developments sought permission to demolish a former B&B on a site at Ballycasheen, Killarney and build 31 two-storey houses.

Kerry County Council granted permission subject to 27 conditions, including the omission of one house.

This has been appealed by several parties including local residents, the Flesk Group Residents Group and Atlantic Capital Advisors.

The case is due to be decided by November 3rd.
