Kerry County Council have received a planning application for a family entertainment centre in Killarney Outlet Centre.
The proposed development includes an eight lane bowling alley and an interactive games area.
The application was submitted by Cork-based developer and owner of the Outlet Centre, COK Property Limited, in aim of addressing long-term vacancy.
They have applied to convert 6 vacant units as part of the plans.
The retail spaces, located on the first floor of the building, have been empty since the opening of Killarney Outlet Centre in 1999.
Kerry County Council is due to decide on the application by the 2nd of April.
