People Before Profit-Solidarity candidate says state-owned construction company needs to be established

The People Before Profit-Solidarity candidate, running in Kerry in the general election says a state-owned construction company needs to be established to build tens of thousands of affordable homes.

Cian Prendiville of People Before Profit also supports price controls on rent, oil, energy and other essentials - he also wants to scrap carbon tax.

He wants fossil fuel exploration banned and no storage of fracked gas.
