Overnight water restrictions will be in place in parts of Kerry tonight.
Uisce Éireann says this is to allow reservoirs to replenish following recent outages, warm weather and high demand.
The utility is asking people to conserve water as it’s being used faster than it can be treated.
The overnight restrictions will be introduced from 9PM tonight until 6am tomorrow in the following areas – Cloghers, Ballymullen, Ballyseedy, Abbeydorney, Kilflynn, Cloonafineela, Firies, Castlemaine, Beaufort, Kenmare, Lauragh, and Caragh Lake.
Uisce Éireann says an alternative water supply will be available in the following locations – Fenit Samphires FC; Ardfert National School; and at the new Churchill GAA field.
