New car sales in Kerry are up 15% over the first half of the year.
Figures released by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry show 1,356 new cars were sold in the county between January and June of this year.
That's up from 1,185 over the same period in 2020.

Nationally, over 2,700 new cars were registered during the month of June, compared to 1,000 in June of last year and 1,400 in June 2019.
Registrations in Kerry in the first six months of the year make up 2.14% of the national market.
