National director for acute hospitals visits UHK

The national director for acute hospitals is in Kerry today.

Liam Woods, the national director for acute hospitals, is meeting with management and staff of University Hospital Kerry today.

Deputy Government Chief Whip and Fine Gael TD Brendan Griffin spoke with Mr Woods ahead of his visit and outlined his concerns regarding ongoing issues at the hospital.

Deputy Griffin says he will continue to engage with Mr Woods to improve the situation at UHK.
