NAMA is returning €5.5 billion to the state, after operating over the past 16 years.
The agency is being wound up this year, and was set up after the financial crash and responsible for managing bad loans.
It made a profit of around 200 million euro last year; and is returning an extra €300 million to the State on top of what was forecast.
