The Minister for Education has called the members of the Kerry ladies' football team role models for young girls across the county.
Minister Normal Foley was speaking at the homecoming for the Kerry team in Killarney last night.
The Kerry team was beaten by Meath in the Senior All-Ireland Championship final on Sunday.

The Kerry TD said their county was proud of the commitment and achievement involved in getting to Croke Park.
