Former president Michael D. Higgins is part of the opening event for the music festival Other Voices this evening.
His joint performance with musician Myles O’Reily will take place in Dingle at 6:45 this evening
The duo will perform a selection of poems from their collaborative album ‘Against All Certainty’.

The three-day festival has a line-up of several Irish artists, including Dermot Kennedy, Amble, and Florence Road.
Artists will take the stage in St. James’ Church and their performances will be available to stream for a limited time.
