An Ireland South MEP has said it would be 'wholly unacceptable' to allow Russian tourists into Europe.
MEP Billy Kelleher, whose constituency includes Kerry, says those who are refusing to sign up to the Russian army in Ukraine should be allowed in.
But he believes other Russians, must be prevented from crossing EU borders:
