MEP says neutrality must not prevent protection of undersea cables in Irish waters

Speaking in the European Parliament, Sean Kelly claimed Irish defences are incapable of responding to any issues in our waters.

The Ireland South, Fine Gael MEP says we have instead been depending on the UK and other countries to do this for years.
