The man who drowned in an accident in South Kerry has been named locally.
He was William ‘Billy’ Clifford from Raycoslough, Blackwater.
The accident took place in the Blackwater River near Kenmare.

Mr Clifford, who was in his seventies, was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency services.
