A man was taken to hospital yesterday after being assaulted outside a supermarket in Killarney.
The incident happened at 20 to 10 last night outside the Park Road branch of Tesco.
Security staff from the store contacted Gardaí, after two intoxicated men become involved in an altercation.

One man was punched by the other and fell backwards, hitting his head; it's understood he was taken to hospital, suffering a bleed to his brain.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Killarney Gardaí.
