A Kerry man has completed a 320 km run from Dublin City to his home in Firies.
Dermot Dineen undertook this challenge as a fundraiser for Crumlin Children’s Hospital.
He was inspired to raise money after his daughter Hazel received incredible care from the staff during her hospital stint.

Speaking before the run, Dermot said funds are needed to continue research.
