Labour representative says government is failing renters

A Labour representative has said the government is failing renters in Kerry.

Ben Slimm from Tralee was speaking in light of todays report, showing that the average rent in Kerry is up 14.4% since the end of 2020.

Mr Slimm has called for a rent freeze to allow supply to catch up with demand.
