Two Kerry writers have been shortlisted in this year's Irish Book Awards.
Listowel-born author Roisin Meany was shortlisted for Popular Fiction Book of the Year.
Lorraine Courtney from Killorglin was shortlisted for Best Short Story.

Additionally, Marc Ó Sé’s autobiography made the shortlist for Sports Book of the Year
Voting is open until the 16th of November and winners will be announced at awards ceremony in the Convention Centre, Dublin on the 27th of November
