The chair of Kerry Vintners' Federation is calling for those behind unlicensed dial-a-drink services to be prosecuted.
People can place an order for alcohol through these services on Facebook and it’s then delivered to them.
Fine Gael Senator Mary Seery-Kearney previously called for dial-a-drink operators to be prosecuted and chair of Kerry Vintners' Federation Christy Walsh supports her call.
He says their industry is heavily regulated and is concerned to see such services in existence; he also says sheebeens are operating in Kerry and has raised the issue with Gardaí.
