A Kerry TD whose legal action was dismissed by the High Court says he expects the challenge to continue.
Sinn Féin's Pa Daly was speaking after he lost a legal challenge over the attendance of super junior ministers at cabinet meetings.
People Before Profit TD Paul Murphy brought a separate action on the matter, which was also dismissed.
As it stands, there are four super junior ministers who attend meetings of government, but do not have voting rights.
The opposition TDs argued the added attendance and participation of the current government’s four super juniors breached the limit and also breached cabinet confidentiality.
