A Kerry recruiter is criticising the government’s work from home advisory when large sporting events are going ahead.
Fred McDonogh of Red Chair Recruitment says the appeal to stay out of the office is hurting small and medium enterprises in Kerry.
He also feels working from home has impacted employees' mental health.

Mr McDonogh says Kerry SMEs are under pressure, and his company is inundated with calls from businesses looking for staff.
