A Kerry primary school quiz team has been crowned the winner of a prestigious national competition.
A team of four pupils from Holy Family National School in Rathmore won the Competition A Under 11 Champions at the Irish League of Credit Unions Schools Quiz Grand Final.
The grand final took place in the RDS on Sunday, following months of intensive competition involving more than 25,000 students all over Ireland.

The Holy Family Rathmore team, representing the Rathmore and District Credit Union, included Éabha Buckley, Diarmuid Horan, Conor McCarthy and Kayleigh White.
The team was put through its paces on subjects including history, geography, science, popular culture, and general knowledge, before winning the top prize.
