The Kerry Mountain Rescue Team has experienced an unusual lull in call-outs in recent months.
That's according to the team's PRO, Robert Fell, who says they usually receive around 50 such calls every year.
Over a six-week period between 22nd May and 4th July, Kerry Mountain Rescue Team responded to twelve callouts, including the death of 16-year-old boy from North Cork near the Conor Pass.
