Kerry Labour Party representative says future of towns and villages at risk

The future of towns and villages has never been more at risk.

That's according to Kerry Labour Party representative Ben Slimm, who says the level of vacant commercial properties in towns is shocking.

He says a major rethink is needed to save towns and villages, following the closure of bank branches, loss of retail and the move to online services.

Ben Slimm is urging people to take part in a survey run by the Labour Party about the future of main streets, towns and villages, and how to save them.
