The Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare has been named the 13th Best Resort in Europe, according to Travel + Leisure World.
The 'World's Best Awards' survey ask readers of Travel + Leisure World to give their view on the resorts that moved them most.
Locations are then awarded a points total based on the responses, the Kerry hotel earned a score of 96.83.

The Sheen Falls Lodge also topped the list for Best Resorts in Ireland and the UK alongside The Europe Hotel, Killarney who placed sixth.
