Kerry County Council is the local authority which retrofitted the least number of social houses over a three-year period.
That’s according to the Local Government Climate Action Key Performance Indicators Report 2024.
Between 2022 and last year, 27 social houses in the county were retrofitted.
The figures show a year-on-year rise of energy savings, with the amount of energy saved estimated at more than 500 megawatt hours (502.2).
According to the report, 165 tonnes of CO2 emissions were cut over the period in Kerry from the retrofitted houses.
