Kerry County Council will be flexible when dealing with outdoor spaces for pubs and restaurants

Kerry County Council says it will be as flexible as possible when dealing with pubs and restaurants that want an outdoor space.

That’s according to Castleisland and Corca Dhuibne MD manager and director of services with the council, John Breen.

He says they’ve met with many such businesses and is encouraging anyone interested in having an outdoor space to put their application into the council.

Meanwhile, Castleisland and Corca Dhuibne MD manager and director of services with the council, John Breen says a lot of work has been done to prepare the county for reopening.

He says Kerry County Council has come to an agreement with a landowner to provide space for an overflow car park at Castlegregory beach again this year.

Mr Breen is encouraging people to work with the council for the summer season, if they have space near such amenities.
