Kerry County Council plans to spend more than €2.2 million on street cleaning next year.
The details were revealed in Budget 2021, which was adopted by Kerry County Councillors.
This figure includes salaries and wages, along with waste disposal, the repair and maintenance of vehicles, insurance and cleansing materials.

In addition, the council is allocating €15,000 towards the provision and improvement of litter bins throughout the county.
