Kerry County Council has refused planning permission for the construction of a forest road entrance in Tralee.
The submission sought a roadside entrance for trucks to access forestry plantations and associated site works.
The application was submitted by Deel Forestry Ltd., on a site at Knocknacaska, Kilflynn.
