Young artists in Kerry are being invited to enter this year’s Texaco Children’s Art Competition.
Now in its 72nd year, the competition is acknowledged as the longest running arts sponsorship in Ireland.
Merit Awards, art boxes and cash prizes are up for grabs across the age categories, with a top prize of up to €1,500 to be won in category A.

A maximum of two entries is permitted per individual artist, who must be aged under 19 years of age.
The closing date for entries is February 27th, with judging results to be announced in April.
