The HSE has confirmed it's conducting a sample audit of young people who attended mental health services in north Kerry.
The new audit follows a recent report into south Kerry CAMHS, which found 'significant harm' was caused to 46 children due to inappropriate medication being prescribed by a junior doctor.
The health service says the sample audit of 50 young people will be led by an external expert.
