Government's emergency COVID powers extended until February

The government's emergency COVID-19 powers have been extended for another three months.

They were due to expire next week, but the Dáil last night voted to keep them until February 9th.

It requires vaccine passports and face-masks to be used, and gives gardaí enforcement powers.
