Gardaí are investigating an incident whereby a two-year-old child suffered a fractured leg after being hit by a car in Tralee.
Yesterday morning between 10.30am and 11am a parent was taking their two-year-old son out of the car near The Playdium in Manor West.
The child ran out onto the road and was hit by the back of a car.

Gardaí believe the driver may not even be aware they hit the child and they are appealing for the driver to come forward to Tralee Garda Station.
