Dingle chef appears in final of televised cooking show

A Dingle chef appeared in the final of a televised cooking show this morning.

Louise Brosnan made the final in the Battle of the Food Trucks, which was aired on RTE.

Louise, the owner of MexWest food truck in Dingle, was one of three chefs taking part in the final. She is a former student of the Munster Technological University.
